General Information
Akbank LAB is the innovation center of Akbank and coordinates innovative activities within the bank. We strive to be in effective communication with all parties inside and outside of Akbank, and to implement innovative solutions that will facilitate the lives of our internal and external customers with third party collaborations. Until now, we have conducted nearly 50 proof of concept projects out of more than hundreds of ideas and now nearly half of successful projects are live.
To ensure that Akbank is the first bank to considered as collaboration partner, we invite all local and global companies to produce innovative projects for Akbank via PoChallenge. If you are a fintech, startup or technology company whose products or services will create value for Akbank customers and employees, send us your solution proposal and let's test it together!
Please explore the challenges that require solutions and submit your relevant solution proposals as part of the PoChallenge where applications will be collected globally between October 1-31. Shortlisted companies will be invited to the Demo Day on November 26 at Sabanci Center Istanbul, and finalist companies will have the opportunity to conduct a paid proof of concept project.

Who can apply for the event?
We are looking for mature fintech, startup or technology companies that already have products and references that can meet the bank's customer volume and criteria.
How do I participate?
To participate in Akbank PoChallenge, you must first fill out the application form. After an evaluation, selected companies from those who fill out the application form will be informed and continue the process.
What kind of solutions are being sought?
Applications should be made with products and services that already exist. MVP should be submitted in the application and suitable for running a proof of concept project.
Should the projects be focused on a certain areas?

Is any fee charged for participation?
No, Akbank PoChallenge is free to apply. Travel expenses will be paid for companies invited to Demo Day.
What are the prizes?
Shortlisted companies will be invited to the Demo Day and finalist companies will have the opportunity to conduct a paid proof of concept project.
